Symptoms

In Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC), the Service Management System (SMS) product provides service management support for existing Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control Intelligent Network (IN) products. The primary function of SMS is to provide operators with access to data used by service logic applications.

When the SMS is being scanned with certain tools it may cause in some cases the smsMaster process to crash.
