Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
One user has an expression (TotalC / Bal(2005003)) * 110 in version 7.3.1, which needs to be added into threshold_to, but one could not find TotalC equivalent expression in threshold_to in Pricing Design Center (PDC) in version 12 Patch Set (PS) 3.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
PDC should have supported such expression in threshold_to.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Discount offer
2. In Quantity Range, Select maximum and select "Expression"
