On : 12.0.0.3.0 version, Migration for PDC
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Upgrading from 7.3.1 to 12 PS3, user have an expression (TotalC / Bal(2005003)) * 110 in 7.3.1 version which needs to be added into threshold_to but couldn't find TotalC equivalent expression in threshold_to in Pricing Design Center[PDC].
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

PDC should have support such expression in threshold_to
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Discount offer
2. In Quantity Range, Select maximum and select "Expression"
