Balance And Validity Is Not Syncing To ECE At Time Of Bundle Cancelation (Doc ID 2833346.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE), 12.0.0.3.0 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

After performing Cancel Bundle operation, Balance and validity in Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) is updated correctly, but same is not synced to ECE.

In emGateway.log one can see cycle forward event having updated validity, but not synced to ECE.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
BRM and ECE balance information should be in Sync.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an account with a Monthly_Cycle_Forward Bundle.
2. Purchase a discount offer bundle which will grant discount for future cycle also.
3. Do cancellation of Discount Bundle and verify the Balance from ECE and BRM.
