After Installing Security Certificates in EPPM the Script Start_Primavera.bat Stopped Working

Symptoms
When attempting to start P6 servers using the start_primavera.bat (or .sh) script,
the following error occurs, and P6 EPPM managed servers will not start.

The Node Manager is launched.
The Node Manager process is running independent of the WLST process.
Exiting WLST will not stop the Node Manager process. Please refer to the Node Manager logs for more information.
The Node Manager logs will be under E:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\wlserver\..\user_projects\domains\PrimaveraP6EPPM\nodemanager
Launching Node Manager is completed.
Connecting to Node Manager ...
PRM-Unable to connect to the Node Manager. It may not be running,
PRM-or communications may be blocked by a firewall.
PRM-Completed. Returned error level: 1

1. Run script start_Primavera.bat.
