After Installing Security Certificates in P6 EPPM, the Script Start_Primavera.bat Stops Working (Doc ID 2833474.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to start P6 servers using the <P6 EPPM home>\scripts\start_primavera.bat (or .sh) script, the P6 EPPM managed servers will not start and following error occurs in the running script's Command Prompt window.

The Node Manager is launched.
The Node Manager process is running independent of the WLST process.
Exiting WLST will not stop the Node Manager process. Please refer to the Node Manager logs for more information.
The Node Manager logs will be under E:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_Home\wlserver\..\user_projects\domains\PrimaveraP6EPPM\nodemanager
Launching Node Manager is completed.
Connecting to Node Manager ...
PRM-Unable to connect to the Node Manager. It may not be running,
PRM-or communications may be blocked by a firewall.
