ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OPPM v20 Utility Tool Cleanup does not build a new table for ps_cell_history it simply deletes the records from the existing table.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In OPPM v19 Utility Tool Cleanup created a new table.
