BeVWARS Dumps Core When Fetching The Reservation Chunk From MFile (Doc ID 2835389.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) the Voucher Wallet Servers (VWS) determine how much to grant in the Initial and Subsequent Reservations (IR and SR respectively) based on the Requested Reservation Chunk (RRC), Low Credit Notification (LCN), and the Billing Resolution (BR).
The beVWARS process in in charge of retrieving the RRC when a call has to be rated.

There is an issue where the beVWARS core dumps when fetching the reservation chunk from MFile.
