OCOMC Patch 6.0.0.3.18 - Error OUI-10091 While Perfoming Patch (Doc ID 2836192.1)

Goal

While performing the installation for version 6.0.0.3.18, see the error "OUI - 10091: There are no patches that need to be applied from the patchset Oracle Communications Offline Mediation Control Patchset 6.0.0.3.18."

The followings are the steps followed:

1. Unzip the patch set .zip file

2. Run ./runInstaller.sh script

3. Insert the directory for 'jre/jdk' (/opt/xxx/rms/rmsuser2/opt/OracleCommunications/ocomc_backup/ocomc/jre/1.6.0)

4. After adding the directory for /ocomc, the error appears.
