Audit Release Gets Warning: Unreleased Child when the Part Has Child Part with No Change (Doc ID 2844013.1)

Below warning is reported while performing Audit Release for the part with child item with no Change:

Unreleased child: {part number} ({child part number})




Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Web Client, and Create > New > Items, and create a Part P1
2. Go to BOM tab, Add, Create to add, and add a new Part P2 as BOM item
3. On P1, right click and Actions > Create New > Changes, and create new ECO, and add the part P1 as affected items tab
4. Set Workflow, and Next Status, and Route to next status
5. Run Audit Release, and gets warning:
   Unreleased child: = P1 (P2)
