Symptoms

On : 8.6.6.14056 version, Install, Migration, Upgrade

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to see Data Sources under Manage Application Datasources.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to see the list of Datasource under Manage Application Datasources.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade GRC from GRC 8.6.6.12000 to 8.6.6.15000

2.Upgrade Weblogic from 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.4

3. Navigator > Setup and Administration > Manage Application Datasources (No data)

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use GRC as expected without Datasource.
