ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Item Search Results not navigating to the latest released revision

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Navigating from search results to the item should always open the latest revision.

STEPS

1. Open a browser and Launch Agile Web Client using url http://localhost:port/Agile/PLMServlet.
2. Log into Agile PLM Web Client and do a quick search for an item with different revisions.
3. Every time the user clicks an item result in Search View, the item redirects to the latest released ECO instead of the latest released Change Order.
4. Navigating the result will go to corresponding last Engineering Change Order (ECO), if Manufacturer Change Orders (MCOs) are released after an ECO, it will not open the latest MCO revision.
