Symptoms

While starting the DIH webservices we can see the below error in the log file.

[DynamicServiceManager][GlobalParameters.ISWEB]false
FIC_HOME:/u01/app/ofsaa/8.1/
WARNING: sun.reflect.Reflection.getCallerClass is not supported. This will impact performance.
Port number for Webservice [10000]
Port [10000] is available
Logs file path -> xxxxx/FTPSHARE//DIH/logs/DIH.log
Log configuration file path -> xxxx/8.1/conf/DIHLog4j.xml
Unable to verify the ODI connection
Started DIH Service
