Symptoms

Task 91 has failed and observed the below error in the task log.

CI18NProvider::GetLocaleIdentifier, Error, no records found for the given Revlocale and Locale Context

Log Message here 1: January 31, 2022 02:01:41 PM +04||INFO||NLS Value :

FAILED: log_on().

OCIERROR: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

Log Message here 1: January 31, 2022 02:01:41 PM +04||SEVERE||Could not Connect to the Database from Login Information
