Symptoms
STKDLY batch is failing for stock counts that are marked for deletion (stake_head.delete_ind='Y').
When there are stock counts which are scheduled with future date and due to business requirements the stock count date needs to change. The users are marking the stock count to delete and scheduling new stock count for same dept/class/subclass/location with new stock count date.
However STKDLY job is considering the old stock count (stake_head.delete_ind='Y') as Unprocessed (stake_prod_loc.processed='N') and its failing due to old unprocessed counts for same dept/class/location combination.
