Symptoms

On : 5.6.0.0.0 version, RateManager

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to generate reports

In our new environment, I am not able to generate reports, versioning reports.
I receive the following message "Check if Insbridge Message Service is ON and OBI Publisher credentials in IBFA are correct."
OBI Publisher credentials are entered and correct in IBFA. I have typed it again.
I am able to access the OBI Publisher directly using the same credentials.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should be able to run reports

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Run report in Ratemanager

-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run reports.
