Symptoms

Pay screen is blank while navigating screen back to service screen to change the package

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open the Billing Care,
2, Click new account, pass the values for all the mandate fields
3, Select the package in next screen, click continue to pass the service identifier,
4. then click Configure, change the package and service-identifier
4, Click continue to pay screen (blank)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Pay screen should populate and allow to enter data .
