AutoVue Server Fails To Start With Error "FATAL JVueServer0: Error while starting up the server console." (Doc ID 2848170.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to start the AutoVue for Agile server from the console, the console shuts down immediately showing the following message:

[plmadmin@xxx-xx-agifs bin]$ ./jvueserver

Verifying if socket ports are in use ... done
Using 4 processes
Stopping console...
./jvueserver: line 88: kill: (47684) - No such process

Steps

From the console run

./jvueserver

Error

The log4j-roll.log located under [Agile home]\AVS\bin\Logs shows the following error:

2021-12-29 19:24:48,981 FATAL JVueServer0: Error while starting up the server console.
