Pre-generated routes in Measurement Cycle Schedule create 71 errors each day on D1-CSPSR run

Customer pre-generated routes in Measurement Cycle Schedule erroneously and we now have 71 errors each day on our D1-CSPSR run.
They attempted to "Delete Routes" from Measurement Cycle Schedule but get an error:
Can't delete Measurement Cycle Schedule Route (Measurement Cycle 13 Scheduled Selection Date MM-DD-YYYY Route XYZ) it is referenced by SP/Measurement Cycle Schedule Route (Measurement Cycle 13 Scheduled Selection Date MM-DD-YYYY Route XYZ Service Point ID XXX)

How to change these routes so that they do not come up for processing each day in our D1-CSPSR run?
