Symptoms

Unable to approve the Declaration or Homogeneous Material Declarations (HMD) which is Transferred Authority with below error



Error

Node(20000002393,1048) doesn’t exist in the cache




Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client
2. Go to Workflow Routings tab, and open the Declaration with Action: Transferred
3. Gets error in the Web Client screen
