Custom Product Type Panels Are Empty (Doc ID 2850748.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC / NCC) 12.0.3 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------
On SMS GUI (graphical user interface) - Custom Product Type (configured using Subscriber Profile Manager / Product Type Config) does not containt any fields when displayed.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------
All configurations should be visible, displayed in Subscriber Management GUI.

Reproduction steps:

1. Create new Product Type Panel "My Test Panel" in Subscriber Profile Manager -> Product Type Config
2. Add a field "Test Field" to "My Test Panel" for any Profile Tag that is mapped to Product Type
3. Save the panel
4. Open Subscriber Management -> Product Type, Edit any product type from the list
5. The new panel "My Test Panel" is listed in the left pane, go to the panel (select the panel) - "Test Field" is not seen on the panel / canvas is empty
