Step1:Post a swift message
Step2:Login with Analyst1 (TFL1ANALYST) and close the alert which is generated
Step3:Login with Analyst2(TFL2ANALYST) and view the alert - When Analyst2 views the alert, automatically he will be assigned as the Assignee
Step4:Login with supervisor (TFL1L2SUPERVISOR) and try to view the same alert - gets the popup “Alert XXXXXX is currently locked by different user”.

Scenario – 2
Investigate a swift which generate an alert that is closed as false positive by Analyst1. Then the supervisor can view the alert details. Note: Analyst2 didn’t view the alert before the supervisor.
In case Analyst2 try to view the alert after the supervisor did, he will be blocked

Step1:Post a swift message
Step2:Login with Analyst1 (TFL1ANALYST) and close the alert which is generated
Step3:Login with supervisor (TFL1L2SUPERVISOR) and view the alert - When supervisor views the alert, automatically he will be assigned as the Assignee
Step4:Analyst2 (TFL2ANALYST) has no permission to view the same alert already closed by Analyst1 and viewed by Supervisor - gets the popup “Alert XXXXXX is currently locked by different user”.

Expected result: The alert should not be assigned/blocked when a user opens it.
Actual result: The alert is getting assigned/blocked when a user opens it.
Issue Encountered: User is getting the pop-up “Alert XXXXXX is currently locked by different user”
