Requirements with CS and TF:
1. Event Comments pop-up will not allow copying Alert Details.
Customer wants to copy and paste Alert details into comments.
2. Analysts cannot complete current Alert without getting a new alert assigned.
Currently customer needs to click on save and next. But they want to save and close so that new alert will not be assigned immediately.
3. Queues configuration scroll usability
Customer wants this field box size to be increased so that they can view scrolling.
4. Alert List filter does not allow retrieving alerts assigned to a specific user
Currently three options are available in dropdown - All, Assigned to Me, Unassigned. Customer wants new option for specific user.
