ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Expired Lots not Showing Correctly in ASCP Horizontal Plan , we are missing the expired lot quantity for few items in Planner workbench and horizontal plan.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ASCP Horizontal plan should display the expired lots correctly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Advanced Supply Chain Planner responsibility

2. Navigate to Supply Chain Plan > Launch
3. Run ASCP Plan and review the horizontal plan for lot expired Qty
