View Only Web Workspace User Gets "Security violation: User <USERNAME> has insufficient permission" Errors (Doc ID 2851427.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.5.0.1.0 version,

Users that log in to NMS Web Workspace with the "View Only" user type (or any environment type that only has access to the NmsRead role), will encounter this type of error:

com.splwg.oms.jbot.JBotException: javax.ejb.EJBTransactionRolledbackException: EJB Exception: ; nested exception is:
  javax.ejb.EJBAccessException: [EJB:010160]Security violation: User <USERNAME> has insufficient permission to access EJB type=, application=CESEJB#2.5.0.1.4, module=cesejb.jar, ejb=Session, method=getCoordSys, methodInterface=Remote, signature={}.
  at com.splwg.oms.client.login.LoginHelper.startSystem(LoginHelper.java:563) ~[nms_client.jar:?]



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
As a read only user that only has access to the NmsRead role, try bringing up Web Workspace, and use the viewer.  You should be able to target to devices and search for devices without errors.
