Not able to Log into Billing Care after Added Customized Code (Doc ID 2851451.1)

Symptoms

The user added some customized code to add PaymentChannel dropdown list in makePayment page along with paymentMethod and amount in Billing Care Software Development Kit (SDK) and deployed war file in Billing Care domain, after that the user is not able to log into Billing Care.
