Goal

On : 11.3.0.4.0 version, Server for PDC

The Step Charge discount is not applying when the current usage charge is greater than the available Balance(1000441) of Free Charge Balance. Expected behavior is, it should provide discount up to the limit of available Free charge Balance(1000441) and the remaining charges should be charged.

Can you suggest how to archive the expected result?
