Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control(OCNCC / NCC) 12.0.4 version, when recompiling a Control Plan(CP) that contains multiple sub-CPs imported using SMS graphical interface, the number of affected CPs which need to be re-compiled is not always displayed correct, see below:
