CCSCDRLoader Process Throws ERROR: Plugin 'FileWriterCDRLoaderPlugin' Failed When Flushing (Doc ID 2854553.1)

Goal

On Oracle Communications Network and Charging (NCC), 12.0.2.0.0 version,

After restarting the "ccsCDRloader" process on a Production Service Management System (SMS), the below Errors are reported on SMS syslog and it is observed that many EDRs are missing from the EDR-Store directory during this time period.

Here it is also observed that some of the old ccscDRLoader Process IDs (PIDs) remains there after the restart of ccsCDRLoader process.
