Goal
Senior Supervisor not able to assign the alert to another user in Transaction filtering
Steps to reproduce:
Step1: Login to TF application with Senior Supervisor role.
Step2: Select the alert and Click on Bulk update
Step3: Click on bulk update re-assign it to other user.
Expected result: Senior Supervisor should be able to assign the alerts to other users with Bulk update option
Actual result: Senior Supervisor was facing the issue while assigning the alerts to other users with Bulk update option
Issue Encountered: At the time of bulk update Senior Supervisor was getting the pop-up "Alert XXXXX is currently locked by different user"
