Goal

On: 8.2.3 version, Reports - System

After upgrading Argus to 8.1.1, native ICH PSUR reports no longer show the expected distinction for Initial cases versus Follow up cases when using 'Initial/Follow-up'  grouping.

This functionality was working in the previous 7.0.1 version.
