On Agile PPM (Product Portfolio Management), unable to import project using Create Project from XML file with below error:

The autonumber generated during the operation is already in use. Please try again.

Fact

Only one AutoNumber source is configured for Program Subclass, which is Program AutoNumber.
This can be checked from Java Client > Admin tab > Settings > Data Settings > Classes, and opening Program subclass, and going to General Information tab, and checking AutoNumber Source field.




Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client, and go to Tools > Create Project from XML file
2. Select Microsoft XML file to Import, and Load
3. Go through the wizard, and Import
4. Gets error in Web Client screen
