Last updated on JANUARY 30, 2023

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

on DIH 8.1.1.1

Define a connector with more than 10 aliases of an EDD and having multiple source types.

Connector Execution fails with the below error:
Caused by: oracle.odi.domain.mapping.exception.MapPhysicalException: ODI-16171: KM LKM MultiFiles to Oracle (SQLLDR) is not valid for physical node A10_AP. The default KM is LKM Oracle to Oracle Pull (DB Link).
For one of the Oracle type EDD alias , wrong LKM is getting assigned during publish. Instead of LKM SQL to Oracle it is getting assigned to LKM MultiFiles to Oracle and hence the publish is getting failed.
Issue started after there was architectural change to move few tables out from atomic schema to a different schema. prior to this change Connector was getting published successfully.

Changes

Post defining a new connector with more than 10 aliases and with multiple source types.
