Symptoms

After upgrading from 8.2.3 to 8.2.3.1, when accessing the Case Summary from either (Case Open or Action Items pages), the following error is being returned.

Case Summary
Error #: -1
Error Desc: No Case Summary found



The error occurs for all cases.
