Pricing Center is not Committing after Re-order Rateplan Selectors (Doc ID 2856602.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The user is reordering some selectors in a product. After committed the product, the selectors are still in the same order as before.

Issue is seen only when the pricing list has many selectors, in this specific case, pricing has 120 selector rows and 5 columns.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Selectors should be in the right order after the selector re-order update.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open product in Pricing Center
2. Re-order some of the selectors i.e. move uo/down some records
3. Apply and Ok
4. Commit product to database
    Commit successful message pops up
5. Close and reopen product
6. The selectors are in the same order before commit
