The Value Added In LM_RELATION Table Does Not Populate In "Person completing Form Relation to Patient" (Doc ID 2856670.1)

Added a custom value (i.e. Test Relation) in the LM_RELATION Table.

However, the custom value does not populate in the "Person completing Form Relation to Patient" field under case product > Vaccine Product tab.
