The Records With Attachment Does Not Populate In Worklist > Report > Medical Review (Doc ID 2856935.1)

Symptoms

 

When opening the medical review from Worklist > Reports, the records with the attached file occasionally does not populate in Medical Review > "Action Items and Additional Info" tab > "Notes and Attachments" section.

 

Steps:

1. Go to (menu) Worklist > Reports
2. Search the case number which has the attachment file in the case form > Additional Information tab
3. Right-click the record and select "Medical Review"
4. QUICKLY navigate to the [Action Items and Additional Info] tab

In "Notes and Attachments" section, total number shows as (1) for example but no records with attachment file displays.

 

Note:

Once the issue occurs, close the medical review screen by pressing the [Cancel] button and display medical review > [Action Items and Additional Info] tab again (several time if necessary) so that the records with attachment file icon displays properly in the "Notes and Attachments" section.
