On : 2.2.0.4.0 version, Product Installation

WAM Login - A problem has occurred contact your administrator

We encountered an error when logging-in to the WAM Application (version 2.2.0.4).
The error is "The server has encountered a problem. Please contact your system administrator".

This only occurs when the user attempts to log-in for the second time without refreshing the page.
