Symptoms
When the users try to open the Connection Hierarchy window from the Service Request Search Results by choosing the Show Connection Hierarchies option in the right click menu, the application terminates with the below error message.
Error Text:
Error Number 2.
Error text = Null object reference at line 42 in open event of
object w_channelhier_query..
Window/Menu/Object = w_channelhier_query.
Error Object/Control = w_channelhier_query.
Script = open.
Line in Script = 42.
This problem was introduced in patch 33144469 (6.3.1. b367).
