Symptoms
When attempting to run the GOP plan,the following error occurs.
ERROR

Record 1: Rejected - Error on table MSC.MSC_OPERATION_COMPONENTS#.
ORA-14400: inserted partition key does not map to any partition
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Advanced Supply Chain Planner Responsibility
2. Navigate to Supply Chain Plan > Launch
3. Run the GOP plan
