Clarification About Sending An Email Notification To User When RFI Response Is Received (Doc ID 2859655.1)

Kindly let us know if there is a provision to send email notification to the owner of a case, when an RFI response is received for that case in ECM.

 Login to ECM
Select a case which is in Investigation status.
Take 'Send RFI' action, the status will move to Pending RFI Response for that case

Our query is: Do we have an option to send an email notification to owner of the case when this status change from Pending RFI to Investigation (Once RFI response is received)
