Goal

ECM default date format issue.

Steps to reproduce:
Step1: Login to ECM UI
Step2: Click on Enterprise case Investigation
Step3: Click on Search cases
Step4: Input the search Criteria and click on search
Step5: Verify the date format for the case.

Expected result:

Actual result:

Issue Encountered: Date format issue in case summary for Customer Screening case.
