Symptoms
In ALM/FTP/PFT with BSP Integrated environment, OFSAA Application will sign out while inserting negative rates on interest rate screen from UI.
Steps:
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. To add negative rates on interest rate screen from UI, the path as below:
Master Maintenance-->Rate Management-->Interest Rates-->Historical Rates
