Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC / NCC), when both oDisconnect triggers on the Mobile Switching Center (MSC) for both legs, the MonitorMode (sendingSideID 02 - Switch to report if B party hangs up) for Leg2 is Interrupted and NCC does not respond and timeout - TCAP abort.
