Error 'TCVirtualDBEngine.TableByName: Table not found' When Logging in to P6 Professional (Doc ID 2862687.1)

When attempting to login to P6 Professional, the following error occurs:

Exception ECTableNotFoundError in module PM.EXE at 00000000003A412.
TCVirtualDBEngine.TableByName: Table not found: .

After clicking on OK the following message appear:

Event code: AVAA0-2656-1

This issue only appears to occur with standalone SQLite databases.
