Unable to Login with sysauth user (Doc ID 2862793.1)

While login with sysauth user getting the below error:

Please Check your User Rights.No Roles have been defined

Steps to reproduce:

1.Using object migration, export the sysauth user, profiles, functions, roles, user group

2. delete the exported sysauth user.

3.import the sysauth user, profiles, functions, roles, user group

4. login with sysauth user in ofsaa.

Expected Behavior:

sysauth user must have privileges of mapped roles
