Symptoms

When attempting to release the planned order, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Can not release a record with action as None


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Advanced Supply Chain Planner Responsibility
2. Navigate to Supply Chain Work Area
3. Create a planned order manually and release the planned order
