UI – TF Error In Workflow When Supervisor Takes A Decision (Doc ID 2863500.1)

Goal

Senior Supervisor performed an event decision (from pending to clean) and performed Recommend to Release.
Then as per 4 EYE, the Analyst L1 is trying to perform an event decision (from clean to suspicious), here the decision change is not happening
and alert Decision block is showing as empty.

Steps to reproduce:
Step1: Login to TF application with Senior Supervisor
Step2: Select the alert and perform an event decision (from pending to clean) and perform Recommend to Release.
Step3: Login to TF application with Analyst
Step4: Try to perform an event decision (from clean to suspicious) on the alert which Senior Supervisor has taken action

Expected result: Post Senior Supervisor event decision change , Analyst also has to change the event decision.
Actual result: Analyst is not able to take the event decision on the alert for which Senior Supervisor has taken event decision
Issue Encountered: Alert decision change is not happening and alert Decision block is showing as empty.
