Warning /Error "Change order C000xxx with duplicate redlines in AML has been released. Duplicate AML redlines will no longer be visible." When Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) Is Added To An Item (Doc ID 2864174.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add a Manufacturer Part to an Engineering Change Order (ECO) after the Manufacturer Part was removed
the following error occurs.

ERROR/WARNING

Change order C000xxx with duplicate redlines in AML has been released. Duplicate AML redlines will no longer be visible.

Click Finish and it keeps on trying to add the Manufacturer Part. The part is not added and no error is seen in the browser.

The application server log file located on the application server under [Agile home\agileDomain\servers\logs\stdout.log shows:

STEPS

1. Created a Manufacturer Part e.g. CG001PRT
2. Created an ECO added P00014 to the Affected Items
3. Added Manufacturer Part CG001PRT to the Redline on the Manufacturer Tab
4. Released the ECO
5. Created a Manufacturer Change Order (MCO)
6. Added the Part P00014 to the Affected Items and removed Manufacturer Part
7. Released the MCO
8. Created a new ECO
9. Added Part P00014 to the Affected Items and trying to add manufacture Part CG001PRT

Receive Warning
Change order C00014 with duplicate redlines in AML has been released. Duplicate AML redlines will no longer be visible.

Click Finish.
After clicking Finished it keeps on trying to add the Manufacturer Part, but nothing happens
