TF - Unable To Add/edit/Delete Good Guy Via User Screen (Doc ID 2864698.1)

Goal

Getting error while Add/edit/Delete Good Guy Via  User Screen.

Steps to reproduce:
Step1: Create a new role & group
Step2: Map the function (TFLTADMIN) to that new role & group
Step3: Tag that function to existing Supervisor
Step4: Test the behavior like, with the Supervisor + New group - how the Good Guy Addition & Alerts display for this Supervisor user.

Expected result:
1) Good guy functionality should work (Add/Edit/Delete). Also it should show a successful message/popup during Add/Edit/Delete which is not happening now.
2) Even if a Supervisor holding Good guy admin access, he should access the Alert screen also as normal (to work on the Escalated/Blocked alerts and etc.)

Actual result:
1) Good guy functionality should work (Add/Edit/Delete) not working
2) Supervisor holding Good guy admin access, he is not able to access alert screen as normal supervisor
