Trancode 73 Or 70 Is Not Getting Posted For Order When ALC Is Finalised (Doc ID 2865562.1)

Goal

In case of import orders when the obligations having value different than the estimated expense is created and ALC is finalised. Along with trancode 20 A , 73 or 70 trancode should be created but it's not getting created.

For rcv_cost_adj_type  = F it should record trancode 73 and for rcv_cost_adj_type  = S, it should recorded trancode 70.
