Goal

Getting 4026 [1] Can not access Alerts are not in same queue error. While accessing Queue Management

Steps to reproduce:
Step1: Login with Senior Supervisor
Step2: Entered into Queue Management
Step3: in Queue Management--> Open any Queue --> View All Alerts --> Closed Alerts
Step4: click on any alerts see "4026 [1] Can not access Alerts are not in same queue"

Expected result: Senior Supervisor should access the queue alerts without any error.
Actual result: Senior Supervisor is having issue while accessing the queue alerts.
Issue Encountered: Getting "4026 [1] Can not access Alerts are not in same queue"
